FOUNDATION

The name of this society shall be ALPHA THETA OMEGA Fraternity and Sorority, with
permanent office address at the Mother Chapter known as the ALPHA Chapter, Central
Mindanao University (CMU), Musuan, Bukidnon, Philippines.

The members of this society shall be known as ALTHONIANS...

STRUCTURE and ORGANIZATION

This society shall consist of the Mother/Alpha Chapter, National/Central Office, Grand
Masters Chapter, and Local Chapter (Student Chapter) which have been, or shall be
established in colleges or universities which offer curriculum that leads to the awarding of a
Bachelor of Science degree in all discipline. The first Local Chapter in each institution of
learning shall be named by the Greek letter Alpha, the second Beta, and so on;

I believe in the Alpha Theta Omega Fraternity and Sorority empowered by the Divine Providence for my unselfish commitment, camaraderie and conscientiousness to lead and to serve freely for the atonement of all tribes and races without any false reservation to the end that I may merit a reputation for a quality of service.
